BREAK-IN AT OIL LEASE SITES
During the early morning hours of October 13th, 2012, unknown suspect(s) entered several oil lease sites in the Thorsby/Sunnybrook areas. Entry was gained by cutting the locks on the gates and once on site, the suspects attempted to steal several items from these oil lease sites. Items that were taken included four Barton Dry Flow meters as well as a Texsteam chemical pump.
THORSBY HIT AND RUN
Sometime between October 26th and October 29th, 2012, unknown suspect(s) using a red vehicle, ran into the street side wall of the ATB Financial Bank at 4816 50th Street in Thorsby. Significant damage was done to both the exterior wall as well as the interior wall directly behind the point of contact. Entry was not gained to the financial institution, if that was the intended matter. The suspect vehicle is a red full sized truck or van and may have damage done to its front end and/or its front fender.
MACS STORE IN WETASKIWIN ROBBED AT
On October 28, 2012 at approximately 22:10 hours the Mac’s Convenience store at 4702-50 Ave. in Wetaskiwin was robbed by two masked individuals. The suspects entered into the convenience store with a fire arm and robbed the employee at gun point. The suspects fired a shot just prior to exiting the store and fleeing with stolen items.
