Jeff Gibbons, the President of the Millet Fish & Game Assoc. (on left) presented a cheque for $2,500.00 to Al Kilborn (center) and Al Hegge (on right) from the Millet Fire Department to assist the department with their fundraising efforts to purchase a Thermal Imaging Camera.

MP James Rajotte (fourth from right) presented Leduc County Council with a cheque for $57,155.00 to make upgrades to the Nisku Recreation Centre. The grant came from the federal Gov't's Community Ifrastructure Improvement Fund and will be used to make improvements to the building's roof and also the parking lot which will give people with mobility issues better access to the facilities.  Picture by Lorna Lowe
