THEFT AND MISCHIEF TO VEHICLES - WETASKIWIN CITY

RCMP WETASKIWIN DETACHMENT –  Wetaskiwin RCMP have charged three people with theft and mischief in relation to a number of vehicles that were broken into in the early morning hours of May 30, 2011. Jonathan Morin, aged 20, and two young offenders, who cannot be named, are scheduled to appear in Wetaskiwin Provincial Court in June.
 The RCMP said the incident is a reminder for residents to remove valuables from their vehicles and to lock them.
 In the evening hours of May 20, 2011 a person or person(s) unknown smashed windows at the Iron Boar Pub, Kreative Khair and the Old City Hall in Wetaskiwin.
 RCMP are requesting assistance from the General public in identifying persons believed to be responsible.
