Police looking for info on thefts

Thorsby RCMP are seeking information regarding a theft of numerous unique items from a trailer on Saturday July 1st 2016.

Thorsby RCMP are seeking information regarding a theft of numerous unique items from a trailer on Saturday July 1st 2016.

The lock was cut on a large storage trailer located in a pasture on a property near Township 482 on Range Road 25. A barb wire fence was cut to access this trailer and numerous personal items were taken.

The stolen items included:

- a large wooden table in the shape of a ship's wheel

- a black US Divers dive knife with the letter "B" on the handle

- 2 sets of Sherwood brand SCUBA regulators

- A Canadian Navy issue dive wetsuit, a "Farmer John" beavertail style 2 piece black neoprene with the letter "B" on each piece

These items are unique and are not commonly found in the area.
