This is a really nice breakfast muffin.
2 cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. Envelope dry onion soup mix(stir before measuring)
11/2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking sofa
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 large egg
1/3 cup cooking oil
1 cup milk
Measure first 7 ingredients into large bowl. Stir. Make a well in centre.
Bear egg in separate bowl . Mix in oil and milk. Stir. Pour into well . Stir to moisten. Fill greased muffin cups almost full. Bake in 400 F oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand on racks for 5 minutes before removing from pans . Makes a dozen.
