Ingredients:
Cubed pork
1 tin pineapple chunks
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Soya sauce
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup onions
2 Tbsp. Corn starch
1/4 cup vinegar.
Instructions:
Brown cubed pork in a frying pan. Keep heat low and add pineapple chunks, reserving the juice. In a saucepan add brown sugar, cornstarch and reserved juice from pineapple.
Add to this mixture, vinegar, soya sauce and salt. Cook over low heat till thick stirring constantly. When mixture has thickened and appears to be a clear glaze, pour over cooked pork and pineapple. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice.
