Smoked Salmon Quiche

This is a awesome quiche — in fact I even have one in oven cooking for my supper.


1 pie crust

1 1/2 cups of smoked salmon cut into small chunks

3-4 eggs

3/4 cup half and half

3/4 cup milk

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated

2 green onions chopped.

1 T flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper.


Bake crust at 400 for about 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 325.

Meanwhile beat together The ingredients for the quiche. Take out the warm crust and pour in the crust put back in oven and cook until set. Check by putting a knife in and see that it comes out clean.
