Meat Loaf

This a very tasty meat loaf, lots of flavour.


2 eggs

2/3 cup of milk

2 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp pepper

3 slices of fresh bread crumbled

1 onion chopped

1/2 cup shredded raw carrot

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup ketchup

1 T. Prepared mustard


-Break eggs.

-Deep lightly with fork.

-Add milk, salt, pepper and bread. Beat again.

-Add onion, carrots, cheese and beef. Mix well.

-Pack into 9 x 5 loaf pan combine brown sugar, catchup and mustard.

-Spread over loaf.

-Bake at 3:50° for one hour let stand for 10 minutes.
