Grandma’s Goodies

Cherry Delight

This is a quick and very easy dessert.


2 1/4 cup graham wafer crumbs

3/8 cup soft butter

1/4 cup sugar

1 cup whipping cream,whipped

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

1 -10 oz. pkg white miniature marshmallows

1- 19 oz. can cherry pie filling


Blend together crumbs, butter and sugar, reserve 1/3 cup of the crumb mixture. Line bottom of a 9 x 14 pan with remainder of crumbs.

Whipped cream, add vanilla and marshmallows, spread mixture over crumb base.Spread pie filling over all. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill until serving time.
