Peachy Chicken

This is so pretty to put on the table and easy to make.


1 chicken cut up

1 can peach halves

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 Tsp soy sauce.


Arrange chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan. Drain peach juice into a container. add lemon juice and soy sauce to juice. Brush about 1/2 over chicken. Bake in hot oven 400 degrees brushing every 15 minutes with remaining peach juice. Cook 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly brown. place peach halves around chicken, brush with remaining juice. Bake five minutes longer until peaches are heated through.

I like it served on a bed of rice but it is good anyway you want it.
