Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo


1 pound shrimp

1/2 cup of chopped onions

2 cups whipping cream

2 Tbsp parsley

Parmesan cheese

4 Tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

2 cups half and half cream

1 tsp sweet basil


Melt butter and sauté onions and garlic powder, slowly add both kinds of cream, spices and shrimp. Heat but do not boil. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. Of flour if needed for thickening.

Serve over cooked fettucine noodles. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
