Sour Cream Corn Bread

From the Barefoot Contessa Cookbook

Ingredients

1 Cup of butter melted

3 Cups of flour

1 Cup of Bobs Red Hill medium grind yellow cornmeal

1/2 cup of sugar

2 tbsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 1/4 cup of milk

3/4 cup of sour cream

2 eggs

Oven Temp should be at 350 for 2 loaf pans

Instructions

Oven Temp should be at 350 for 2 loaf pans.

Mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder,and salt. In separate bowl whisk milk, sour cream, and eggs.

Add wet to dry and mix until combined. Pour into two greased and parchment lined loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
