Grandma’s Goodies



-6 eggs

-1/2 cup warm water

-1 tsp salt

-1 quart milk

-1 1/2 cups of flour

-Dry cottage cheese

-One egg, dill, 1/4 tsp salt


Mix eggs, warm water and salt and B12. Add milk and flour beating to make a smooth batter. Grease a skillet and fry cakes real real thin roll pan around to make a large thin pancake. Then spread with the cottage cheese mixed with a beaten egg salt and dill, roll up like jelly roll.

Place in greased casserole and pour over rolls sweet cream to cover. Bake in moderate oven 325 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.

Gluten free alternative:

If you want to do gluten free cut the gluten free flour back or add more milk so you can make a runnier batter, these taste just as good as the regular ones.
