Grandma’s Goodies

Banana muffins


1 3/4 cups all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4. Tsp. Salt

1/2 cup butter or margarine

1 1/4 cups sugar

2 eggs

1/4 cup sour cream

1 cup mashed bananas (3 medium bananas)


Put flour, soda and salt in large bowl and stir together. Make a well in center. Cream butter, sugar and one egg. Beet in second egg. Mix in sour cream and bananas.

Pour into well and stir to mix. Ignore lumps. Fill greased pans 3/4 full. Bake in four at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 16 Muffins.
