On Friday July 27, 2012 at approximately 1:00PM two kilometers north of Kavanagh on Highway 2A a pup separated from a truck and went into the west ditch along the highway. It appears that an attachment had broken and needed to be repaired.
Fortunately no one was injured and the incident occurred without affecting the flow of traffic. After a couple of hours repairs were made and a second truck replaced the original truck. Pup and truck were able to continue on their way.
