Rice and Ham Casserole

4 cups cooked ham cubed

11/2 cups cooked rice

1 pound shredded cheese

1 can mushroom soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. Mustard

1Tbsp. Lemon juice

1/2 Cup shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese. Put into greased casserole 3-4 L casserole dish. Top with the last cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degree for 40 minutes . Uncover and bake for 15 minutes more. Serve with a salad and you have a healthy filling meal.
