Break and enter at the Wetaskiwin Heritage Museum

Early in the morning of Saturday July 11, 2020, the Wetaskiwin RCMP responded to a complaint of a break and enter at the Wetaskiwin Heritage Museum.

Surveillance video shows that around 3:40 a.m., two unknown suspects gained access to the building by damaging the back door entrance The suspects stole various items from inside the Museum.

The suspects are described as two indigenous males in their early 20’s. One was wearing a long sleeve Fox jacket and the other was wearing a long sleeve Crooks and Castles hoodie.

Wetaskiwin RCMP is requesting assistance from the public for any information or leads on possible suspects.
