The City of Wetaskiwin is currently accepting submissions for the Fall 2021 Program Guide.

Interested local businesses and organizations can feature information about their upcoming programs in the Fall 2021 Program Guide at no cost. The text-only entries with a maximum of 100 words, or a page ad, which includes graphics and text, will be accepted until Aug. 1, 2021.

Only programs running locally from early September to late December 2021 will be included in the Fall Program Guide. The program guide is a non-commercial publication that advertises educational, recreational, and personal wellness programs in Wetaskiwin.

“We are excited to be able to provide a Fall Program Guide and host the Parade of Programs event in September 2021,” stated Cal Zimmer, Recreation Program Supervisor with the City of Wetaskiwin. “This is an important event that promotes a variety of programs and services available in the community.”

The publication of the Fall 2021 Program Guide will coincide with the Fall Parade of Programs event taking place on September 8, 2021, from 6 pm until 8 pm at the Wetaskiwin Drill Hall (4513 50 Avenue). The Parade of Programs allows local organizations to showcase their programs and services to the community-at-large.

The guide will be available at Wetaskiwin.ca as of September 1, 2021. A separate Winter 2022 Program Guide will be released at a later date.
