The Edmonton International Raceway held its 2024 awards banquet at the Moose Hall in Wetaskiwin on Oct. 19.
"A great night at the banquet awards night for Edmonton International Raceway," said Team 29 in a Facebook post. "Congratulations to all the racers for all your accomplishments throughout the 2024 season (and we're) looking forward to 2025 and everything that a new race season holds."
The winners were as follows:
Crew Chiefs of the Year: Cameron Medd, Steve Morros, Stan Wilkie, Ryan Rusnell, Michael Carbone and Brian Chalifoux.
Cooper Equipment Crash Car Class Champion: Dave Pattison.
Mini Cup Champion: Hunter Medd.
IMCA Modified Champion: Chase Guidolin.
Future Stock Champion: Laurel Chalifoux.
NASCAR Pure Stock Champion: Jessica Carbone.
NASCAR Thunder Car Champion: Kaylee Wilkie.
NASCAR Late Model Champion: Cameron Medd.
Rookies of the Year
NASCAR Thunder Car Rookie of the Year: Lucas Belleck (Wetaskiwin).
Future Stock Rookie of the Year: Corbin Satre (Wetaskiwin).
Mini Cup Rookie of the Year: Hunter Medd.
