Leduc RCMP look for suspects in residential area shooting

Leduc RCMP are requesting public assistance to identify suspects in a shooting that took place May 3, 2022, at approximately 12:07 a.m. at Camelot Crescent area residence in Leduc, Alta.

Following the shooting Leduc RCMP attended the scene with RCMP Police Dog Services and made extensive patrols of the area. However, the suspects were not located.

Media Relations Officer of the Leduc RCMP Const. Cheri-Lee Smith says the RCMP believe that there are people who have information about the shooting and ask that residents in the area at the time of the incident report anything they may have seen.

Nobody was physically injured in the shooting and the incident is believed to be targeted.

RCMP do not believe there is a risk to the public.
