On June 20, 2025, at approximately 9:20 p.m., a Leduc RCMP officer was on patrol when they came upon a three-vehicle collision on Highway 60, near Township Road 503.
The collision was between a Chevrolet Silverado, Toyota Camry and a VW Golf. Unfortunately, the driver of the Camry, a 31-year-old female resident of Gainford, Alta., was declared deceased at the scene.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
The RCMP expressed condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
