Maskswacis RCMP, Fire and EMS are currently on scene of a collision between a train and a pedestrian near the intersection of Hwy 2A And Hwy 611E in the Samson Cree Nation Townsite.
A 39-year-old male from Maskwacis is deceased.
Emergency crews remain on scene and traffic in the area does not appear to be affected. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
