Farm equipment stolen from County of Wetaskiwin resident recovered by RCMP

A rural County of Wetaskiwin resident has their stolen farm equipment back following a joint investigation and search warrant executed by the Wetaskiwin and Leduc RCMP.

On May 20, 2022, the county resident visited the Wetaskiwin RCMP detachment to report what they believed was their stolen farm equipment on another rural property in Leduc County.

As a result of the search RCMP recovered a bale processor and a Renn Roller from the Leduc area property. RCMP continue to investigate and the identification of those responsible for the theft is still unknown.
