The Wetaskiwin Elite Hoopers Society WEHoopS, is holding its opening day of its season two basketball league on Oct. 13, at Clear Vista School, Wetaskiwin.
The opening ceremony will begin at 8 and play starts at 9 a.m.
"This season is especially exciting as we are welcoming teams and players from various cities, including Ponoka, Red Deer, Camrose, Leduc, and Edmonton," said WEHoopS program director Chris Mission.
