Wetaskiwin RCMP are requesting public assistance in identifying a male suspect after receiving a report on March 13, 2022, of an altercation between a man and a female youth in a field long 47 street and 48 Ave in Wetaskiwin, Alta.

Wetaskiwin RCMP are requesting public assistance in identifying a male suspect after receiving a report on March 13, 2022, of an altercation between a man and a female youth in a field long 47 street and 48 Ave in Wetaskiwin, Alta.

RCMP canvassed the area and ask that anyone who may have seen the incident or suspicious behaviour between the hours of 2 p.m. and 4p.m. on March 13, 2022.

Wetaskiwin RCMP are seeking to identify a male that is described as:

• Six-feet-tall;

• Brown hair;

• 35 to 40-years-old;

• Dressed in all black including a jacket, snow boots, and carrying a hockey bag;

• May also have an eastern European accent.

RCMP are also asking residents in the vicinity of 47 street and 48 Ave to check their doorbell or dash cameras for anyone matching the given description.
