May 11, 2020 – The entrances to Wetaskiwin Mall were taped off this morning with RCMP on scene.

Wetaskiwin RCMP responded to a call from security at the Wetaskiwin Mall regarding multiple businesses in the mall being broken into.

The suspect was gone when RCMP arrived on scene. Wetaskiwin RCMP is still investigating this incident.

The mall is now accessible for locations that fall within the provincial guidelines to be open.
