The County of Wetaskiwin is re-opening their administrative building and public works shops to the public on Monday April 19, 2021. The County office was closed this past week due to multiple County staff members testing positive for COVID-19.
The office will be open on Monday at 8:30 a.m.
The County is requesting that members of the public continue to limit their visits to the County office as much as possible and if you are able to, make your payments online or via mail. They also request that prior to coming into the office in person, residents consider calling or emailing staff with questions or concerns.
County Council meetings will also resume availability for in-person attendance for the public in addition to attending virtually via zoom. The next Council meeting is on Tuesday April 27, 2021. If interested in attending a council meeting, you can contact the County’s Assistant Chief Administrative Officer, Jeff Chipley, at 780-361-6223 or email@example.com.
