Falun East 4-H Beef Club begins new season

On Sept 11th Falun East Beef held their first club meeting at Falun Community Hall.

We had our club elections with Carter Van Immerzeel as President, Jaelyn Wolter as Vice President, Makenna Tabler as Treasurer and Shay Heilman as Secretary, Beef council reps are Jaelyn Wolter and Jaryn Cleland, District Council reps are Sawyer Pohl & Peyton Cleland, Social committee reps are Jaryn Cleland, Karleigh Krause, Jaelyn Wolter and Dallis Sailor, Club Historians are Jaryn Cleland, Sawyer Pohl, Emersyn & Kamryn Tabler and Club reporters are Shay and Taylor Heilman.

We are excited for our General Leaders for this year; Curtis & Kim Pohl, Assistant leaders Brant & Jennifer Cleland, Nicole Heilman and Cleaver Leader Karen Pohl. We appreciate the volunteer time our leaders and parent volunteers put towards our club to make things run smoothly.

Our club currently has 11 regular members and 3 Cleaver kids. Our weigh-in day was held on October 19th. All projects looked awesome! Falun East Beef and Rosebrier 4-H club also donated 335lbs of food to the Wetaskiwin Food Bank.

We look forward to another great year of “Learn To Do By Doing!
