This recipe was my paternal grandmother’s.
I have looked for years and have never found another one like it. Enjoy!
Butterscotch Pie
2 tbsp. butter (browned)
1 1/2 c. Brown sugar
2 c. Milk
3 tbsp. Flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Combine all. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake in 350 F. oven for 1/2 - 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
