Leduc RCMP charge two suspects with break and enter

On Feb. 6, at about 3:04 a.m., Leduc RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress at a business in the area of 66 Avenue and 45 Street in Leduc.

On Feb. 6, at about 3:04 a.m., Leduc RCMP received a report of a break and enter in progress at a business in the area of 66 Avenue and 45 Street in Leduc.

Officers received information that there were two suspects on the property and immediately attended the area. As a result, Leduc RCMP arrested two people and seized break-in tools.

Taylor Leigh Robulak, 36, a resident of Wetaskiwin, was charged with breaking and entering, possession of break-in instruments and two counts of failure to comply with a release order.

Following a judicial hearing, Robulak was remanded in custody. She is next scheduled to appear in Leduc provincial court on Feb. 16.

Morgan Lance Landry, 26, a resident of Leduc, was charged with breaking and entering, possession of break-in instruments and breaching a conditional sentence order.

Following a judicial hearing, Landry was remanded in custody. He is next scheduled to appear in Leduc provincial court on Feb. 23.

“These successful arrests during a break and enter in progress are thanks to the active support we get from citizens who call in suspicious activity,” said Const. Cheri-Lee Smith.
