Leduc, Alta. – On Aug. 8, 2020 at approximately 6:55 p.m., Leduc RCMP responded to a complaint of a robbery that occurred at the Econo Liquor store located on Airport Road.
Police learned that a lone male entered the store, grabbed a bottle and case of liquor and left the store. The clerk followed the male who then brandished a knife. The suspect male left the scene on foot.
The store clerk was not injured.
Patrols were made by Leduc RCMP, but the suspect was not located.
The suspect is described as:
· male
· wearing a ball cap, white sweater, dark pants and medical mask
Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect in this case.
