The Leduc & Wetaskiwin Regional Chamber of Commerce (The Chamber) has launched a Job & Career Fair to be held on Saturday, April 4 at the Wetaskiwin Mall.

With the goal to connect local employers with job seekers and allow students to learn about opportunities, training programs and resources, this exciting new event will run from 10 a.m – 4 p.m. Exhibitor booths for employers are low-cost and offer access to a large audience to showcase job opportunities, accept resumes, conduct on-site interviews, and connect with potential future employees.

For attendees, job seekers and students, this event offers no-cost admission to meet future employers and learn about training programs, on-site career counselling and workshops, and family fun activities at the Wetaskiwin Mall (3725 56 St, Wetaskiwin).

This event was made possible through a Labour Market Partnership between The Chamber, the Provincial Government and the Government of Canada along with community sponsors: the City of Wetaskiwin, the County of Wetaskiwin, Joint Economic Development Initiative (JEDI), and NorQuest College Wetaskiwin Campus, and the Wetaskiwin Mall. More information for employers and job seekers can be found on yourchamber.ca.
