Wetaskiwin RCMP are looking to find the owner of a cell phone they suspect was stolen.
Wetaskiwin RCMP spokesperson Cst. Christine Hepburn stated in a press release Nov. 5, “On October 9, 2018 Wetaskiwin RCMP located a stolen vehicle where the driver was arrested. Police located numerous items inside of the vehicle that did not belong to the registered owner.
“Police recovered a Motorola cell phone/device. It appears to be able to scan bar codes but also has access to the internet.
“Police are attempting to locate the owner. “
