Bike Stolen in Mulhurst
During the evening of August 7th, 2012 and the afternoon of August 8th, 2012 a black 2006 Suzuki DKZ400 Alberta License plate “SR443” was stolen from a property in Mulhurst Bay. Truck Stolen
Sometime between the night of Wednesday, July 25 and the morning of Thursday, July 26, 2012 a truck was stolen from the side of Highway 39 near Range Road 280. The truck, which was for sale at the time is described as a green colored 1996 Ford F-150 short box, regular cab, two wheel drive.

RCMP end Millet, Wetaskiwin Crime Spree
Wetaskiwin RCMP abd Wetaskiwin General Investigation section have laid numerous charges against 31 year old Owen Doyle of Wetaskiwin.
These charges stem from several property break and enters, vehicle thefts and thefts from motor vehicles both in the Millet and Wetaskiwin area during the period of July 27 to Aug. 3.
Wetaskiwin RCMP responded to a suspicious person complaint on Aug. 4, 2012 in Wetaskiwin. Doyle was located with a female, in possession of two stolen vehicles, several items of stolen property including several firearms and drugs.
Doyle has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to make his first court appearance Aug. 23, 2012 in Wetaskiwin.
Police want to remind the public to keep yur property and vehicles locked at all times and ensureing that items left in your vehicle are out of plain site.
Public Help Sought in indentifying Stolen Items
Wetaskiwin RCMP recogizes that both the Town of Millet and the rural surrounding area have suffered a significant amount of break and enters to houses, garages, and vehicles as well as thefts. Specifically the Town of Millet had an extensive number of mischief calls on the night of Monday, July 30, 2012. Wetaskiwin RCMP were able to identify a suspect and link him to lnumerous files, and charged him with multiple counts of theft, mischeif, break and enter, and possession of stolen property.
Police have a large amount of property that was obtained when the suspect was apprehended that is still unaccounted for. Wetaskiwin RCMP are asking for the assistance from the residents of Millet and the surrounding area. If you have been the victim of theft from a vehicle, house, or other building i the past month, police are asking that you contact them. Victims of such crimes are being urged to supply police with a description of the stolen property and possibly view some of the recovered property in order to ascertain ownership of the unclaimed items.
