Wetaskiwin RCMP responded to a firearms complaint on Sept. 17, on Mountain Ash Drive and 52 street in Wetaskiwin.
Residents were asked to avoid the area while police contained the situation. No injuries were reported in relation to the incident.
Search warrant
Leduc RCMP and the Alberta RCMP Emergency Response Team executed a pre-planned search warrant at a residence in the area of 50 Ave. and 47 St. in Leduc on Sept. 14.
No injuries were reported. RCMP stated more details would be released when available.
