Pipestone Flyer and Lakedell Ag contest

Four lucky families are going to be having the time of their life this coming weekend after contest winners were drawn Mar. 13.

The Pipestone Flyer and Lakedell Ag Society’s Bullridin and Bootscootin contest saw great response from local readers, as the newspaper office was inundated with Facebook, website and clipping entries.

Winners include Evelyn Berglund, Marcella Ball, Ernie Szott and Lorne Lawrence. Winners were drawn the morning of Mar. 13 at the Pipestone Flyer office.

The Pipestone Flyer and Lakedell Ag Society offered eight tickets, four sets of two, for winners to attend what is one of the biggest rodeo events of the region, Bullridin and Bootscootin, which will be held at the ag society grounds Saturday, Mar. 17.
