It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our brother Carl Wilhelm Benvik at the age of 79.
William was born in Westerose to Carl and Maybelle Benvik.
He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy (Dan) Claypool, Astrid Ziebarth, Margaret Heinz; brothers, John Benvick, Edwin (Linda) Benvik, Axel (Barbara) Benvik; sister-in-law, Mona Benvik; nephews, Tim and Ted Benvick, Robert Benvik, Trent Claypool, Dwayne Heinz (Neisha), Doyle (Shannon) and Dean Ziebarth; nieces, Shauna Benvik, Denise (Dale) Franklin and Valinda (Dennis) Oswald.
William was predeceased by his parents, Carl and Maybelle Benvik; brother, Otto Benvik; brother-in-law, Ken Heinz and Eugene Ziebarth; sister-in-law, Shirley Benvick and nephew, Daran Ziebarth.
A Funeral Service will be held at Baker Funeral Chapel on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with luncheon to follow at the Wetaskiwin Senior's Centre.
