In loving memory ~
David Neiman of Leduc County passed away peacefully at home at the age of 84 years. David will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Joanne; children, Gordon (Kerry Ann), Louis, Shelly (Curtis) Mytroen, Karen Williams, Marie (Greg) Mullin; 11 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.
David was predeceased by his parents, Emanuel and Wanda Neiman; baby brother, John; older brothers, Fred and Otto; and sister, Alice Zerbe.
David was born in the Leduc area and farmed west of Leduc until 1959. He then moved east of Millet to continue to dairy and grain farm. He baled his last field of hay at the age of 80.
The family would like to thank Dr. DeWitt, Dr. Schlenther, and Wendy of Wetaskiwin Family Medical Practice; the staff at Wetaskiwin and Grey Nuns Hospitals, and Leduc Home Care for their compassionate care.
A Funeral Service will be held at Baker Funeral Chapel on December 19th, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Wetaskiwin. The service will be live-streamed on Baker Funeral Chapels website.
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Alberta Diabetes Foundation, Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation or a charity of donor's choice
