It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen (nee Seminiuk) Watt in the Wetaskiwin Hospital and Care Centre after a long battle with dementia. Helen was predeceased by her loving husband, Jack.
She will be lovingly remembered by her four children, Doreen (Bob) McFadzean, David (Marjorie), Weslie and Jason along with five grandchildren, Jeff, Karla, Corey, Heather and Norma; three great grandchildren, Dakota, Hayden and Landon. Numerous other family and friends.
Helen and Jack farmed for many years at Falun, Alberta before moving to Wetaskiwin upon retirement. Helen’s lively personality lit up any room. She had a wonderful sense of humor.
She loved to garden, was very creative and cooked delicious meals. Helen’s camera was always ready to take pictures when family and friends got together. Helen will surely be remembered with a smile by all who knew her.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Wetaskiwin Meadows and Wetaskiwin Hospital and Care Centre for their kindness and expert care. Helen will be interred next to her husband Jack at Dalby Cemetery in Falun.
