It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Iris Kathleen Hrdlicka of Wetaskiwin, AB at the age of 72 years.
Iris will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 45 years, Ross Olson; Children, Harliegh (Angela), Tamera (Paul), and Harvey (Melissa); Grandchildren, Layne, Devan & Ethan, Anthony & Arden, William & Clara, Siblings; Ed (Sherry) Hrdlicka, Karen Worbeck, Phil (Pam) Shippelt, Darren (Christine) Shippelt and Monica (Keith) Pregoda, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Iris was predeceased by her brother Kevin Shippelt, brother-in-law Tom Worbeck and her parents William and Gladys.
A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday August 21, 2022 at 2:00pm at Serenity Funeral Service Wetaskiwin Chapel (4715 50 Ave, Wetaskiwin, AB), followed by an open house at the Wetaskiwin Legion at 3:00pm.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Iris' honour directly to The Canadian Cancer Society.
