We are sad to announce the passing of Robert Douglas Barnes on March 14, 2018 at the age of 84.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jean; children, Brian Barnes, Sandra (Hal) Perison, Sheila MacKay, Ritchie Barnes; grandchildren, Rob, Doug, Tyrell, Daniel and Calista. Bob is also survived by his brother, Albert (Loretta) Barnes; sister in law, Evelyn Barnes; brother in law, Joe Wagar; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by brothers, William, Ian, and Andrew; and sister in law, Kay.
A Funeral Service will take place at Baker Funeral Chapel in Wetaskiwin on Friday, March 23, 2018, at 2:00pm.
