With deepest regret Mr. Palmer passed away peacefully at the Wetaskiwin Hospital.
He is survived by his partner Martha Cunningham. His sister Patricia (Neil), nephews Shaun (Tammy), Tavin and his sister in law Laureen. He will be sadly missed by family and friends especially those who lived at Legion Arms.
Donations in his memory may be made to the palliative centre at the Wetaskiwin Hospital. Cremation has already taken place.
He has gone to be with mom, dad and his twin brother Harold.
