Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie shell
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup water or milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp oregano, opt.
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
Instructions:
Roll out pastry and fit into pie plate. In medium bowl, put beef, onions., and water . mix well. Add next five ingredients, mix and put into pie shell. Smooth top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or cover with top crust and bake uncovered. Cut into six wedges.
