Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup water
1/2 cup veg oil
1 Tbsp. White vinegar
1 tsp. Vanilla
Mix well.
1 - 8 cream cheese, softened
1 egg slightly beaten
1/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix until smooth.
Instructions:
Put papers into muffin tins. Fill each about 1/2 full with chocolate mixture.
Drop about 1 Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture in middle do not stir place more chocolate mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
