Hosted by Black Press Media, the event takes centre stage at Red Deer’s Pidherney Curling Centre from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 1.

The growing demographic of seniors in Canada underscores the importance of tailored products and services, notes Ranee Pal, Black Press Events Manager. “The number of people in Canada aged 85 and up has doubled since 2001, and will triple over the next 20 years,” Pal says. “Staying healthy is important now more than ever, and no matter your age, you’re sure to find something of interest at the Young at Heart Expo.”
Beyond information and resources, the Young at Heart Expo offers a fun-filled atmosphere where attendees can socialize, participate in activities like bingo and pickleball, and even win exciting prizes.
