Millet writer says ‘two cows’ not so simple

If that is the party which makes more sense to you….go for it, we often get what we deserve.

Letters to the editor

Dear editor,

As per Jim Cook’s letter to the editor of April 20 his description of various parties and how they would handle “two cows”, I found his description inaccurate of Conservative handlings: You have two cows. You sell one and buy a bull and build a herd.”

I believe, closer to the truth would be “You have two cows, the government gives total breeding rights to a corporation who has donated to their coffers and the farmer has to pay the cost of two calves for the right to breed his cows…”

If that is the party which makes more sense to you….go for it, we often get what we deserve.
