On December 14, 2015 Leduc RCMP received a complaint of a male trying house door handles along Bella Coola Drive. Police located the male who was later identified as an international student from France. He explained he and 6 other student were visiting Canada and were leaving at the end of this week.
The male explained he was selling ornaments to make some extra spending money. Police issued a warning that he and his friends were to cease canvassing or police would be reporting them to the Canada Border Service Agency. They did not have a permit to pursue this activity.
