Baked Penne’
Cooked Penne’ to suite your needs
1/2 - 1 chicken breasts cooked
Cream sauce
Pomodoro Sauce
Cook chicken and Penne’, Add equal amounts of sauces and combine, making sure it is quite moist. The Penn’ will soak it up a bit as it bakes.
Cover with shredded cheese and bake for about 30 - 45 mins. until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cream Sauce
3 minced cloves garlic
2 tbsp. Or basil oil
1/2 litre whipping cream
1/8 c. Parmesan
2 fresh basil leaves or 2 shakes dry basil
Salt and pepper
Melt butter. Add garlic then whipping cream. Keep at med. Heat and simmer for 5 mins. Add spice. Reduce heat to low and stir in parmesan. When thickened serve with pasta.
Pomodoro Sauce (Tomato Sauce)
4 minced cloves garlic
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
1 sm. Can tomato sauce
1 sm. Can tomato paste
2 fresh basil leaves or 2 shakes dry basil
3 tsp. Sugar
1/4 c. minced onion
Splash olive oil
1 shake dry chilies
Saute’ garlic and onion in oil. Add sauces and spices and simmer. Serve over pasta.
