December 31, 1947 - February 5, 2019
Dennis Walter Feldberg, resident of Grande Prairie, formerly of Calgary and Wetaskiwin, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at the QEII Hospital in Grande Prairie, at the age of 71 years.
Dennis was born on December 31, 1947 in Wetaskiwin, AB and raised on a farm west of Wetaskiwin. He took his apprenticeship training in Calgary for Heavy Duty Mechanic. He had a very good sense of humour, and was caring and generous to others. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He will be sadly missed by his wife Shirley; step-son Clayton Melnikel, grandchildren Taylor-Rae Melnikel and Nicholas Melnikel, and sisters Lil Norton of Enumclaw, WA. Marj (Ray) Rusten of Millet, AB, and Jan (Tom) Bates of Calgary, AB, nephew Allan Haywood (Shelly) of Enumclaw, WA and Brother-in-law Jim Fleitman of Okotoks, AB.
He was predeceased by his parents Walter and Lydia Feldberg, sister Myrna Fleitman, sister Sharon and his first wife Mary Feldberg.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
