In Loving Memory ~
On January 18, 2024 Freida "Elsie" Feldberg (nee Kurtz) passed away at the Wetaskiwin Hospital at the age of 91.
Elsie is survived by her children, Brian (Cynthia) Feldberg and Colleen (Kevin) Wolter; her grandchildren, Peter (Ashley), Sabine (Harley), Jesse (Alicia) and Megan (Justin); great-grandchildren, Everett, Ellis, Ruari, June, Colter, Kohlin, Maliyah, Vivienne, Blaikley and Olivia; siblings, Hilda Karlo, Margaret Forth, Lily (Howard) Smith, Eleanor Pydde; sister-in-law, Irene Torgerson as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Elsie was predeceased by her parents, Emil Kurtz and Amalja Kurtz (nee Comm); her husband, Reginald; siblings, Antonia "Toni" (Arnold) Fibick, Walter (Clara) Kurtz; as well as her brothers-in-law, Ed Karlo, Herb Forth, Dennis Pydde and Bill Torgerson.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the Wetaskiwin Hospital Long Term Care staff and doctors that provided the care and comfort for Mom over the last years of her life.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Wetaskiwin. Donations in Elsie's memory are gratefully accepted to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation - Long Term Care.
